Just get some cardboard and a pair of scissors and cut to fit to make a pattern.

I don't often make nasty replies, but what Vince is trying to say, as diplomatically as possible, is that this is so basic that an 8 year old could do it. This is a self-help type of forum, and there is no reason you can't come up with your own patterns by making them yourself, or buy pre-made panels and copy them. If you can get one member to take the time to give you this information, which would take about an hour to do yourself, then I have lost any and all respect for the members of this forum. Sorry, I've gotten testy in my old age. "The Lord helps those who help themselves"., and you, my friend, are a user. If we gave you this info, I bet we would never hear from you again.
BTW, how many ways are you going to ask this same question?
