That's the way thebrake pedal is on my Model A, look at the picture in post 29. The pedal are between the column and the driver.

Like I said previously, if you cut out the floor pan you can position the pedals wherever they need to go, then fill in the floor pan after you are happy with the ergonomics of the pedals.

As for dimensions, if you don't find anything I can put my '65 C10 up on the lift and post some photos / dimensions this weekend.
