A modern Hot Rod? G8 -RWD?

I just finished this for another forum and thought I could drop a sample off and see what this forum thinks... A Photo-Chopping and home made mods (drawing and airbrushing) extras.

Thanks,

DV

I really like the G8 and I really like the graphic scheme you came up with. I can't tell if those stripes are black or silver though, I think they would look really good black. I know the standard V8 is rated at 362hp. That scheme would be neat on a high performance version, say 430hp? (As if 362hp isn't enough)

After seeing the second pic, I also see that you shadowed/shaded the headlights, changed the front valance, the grille openings, and a few other smaller mods. Takes a talent I don't have, but I do appreciate what it takes to do that stuff.

Thanks Blazin. The stripes are a metallic gray.
Thanks Schnits. Thanks for taking the time to notice all the mods on it.
Most people do not notice it or don't comment on it. It is years of reading magazines of all kinds. Car Craft, Hot Rod, VW, Corvette, Truckin', concept mags...you name it and I have read them and studied the designs. I have done this for several years! I'll have to go into my storage box in the corner of the garage and scan some of my (really old) drawings and post them so you can see that I have not always had the skill level I currently have. I can also appreciate other peoples work no matter the skill level.
All comments always appreciated.

Every time I look at the two, I see something else. Care to make this easy on me and jot down a list of things you didn't change? It should be a shorter list than what you did change. BTW, I really dig the lights in the mirrors and the shaved handles. Blends right in, and matches well with the other mods.

Basically, the only things I left alone was the Pontiac emblem and didn't chop it and did not convert it to a two door model.
I shortened the antenna, changed the rear spoiler and added highlights to the windows too. Every time I changed one thing I had to change something else. I wanted it to look uniformly different. I did not like the the bottom half of the front end and everything else followed. That is what I start with...the front end...the "face" of the car.

You're killing me. Start with something else. Please. I beg you. I'm just about at a loss now for finding new things you've done, but I know that something else changed.
