Mods, why?

Why did crazy larrys "a little background" thread get dumped? Not trying to be a smartarse just really wondering. He was making good points and it really didnt go out of control at all....
Then again I dont know what CGG's reply read since it got edited so that might've been the cause? I dunno, just stumped.

my reply was nice actually, I like crazy larry, at the time I wrote the post, I didnt realize the "frustration" was from my "skirt to small" post. I didnt want to piss him off any more than I already might have, so I deleted my post...

I don't think they're saying one person is right and another is wrong, I think they just recognize that all personal arguments aside, the original thread was in poor taste and some feathers got ruffled. Personal arguments and disagreements don't have a place in the lounge and that's why the first thread got dumped. The second one, really, for the same reason I think. Its over its done with, some people got upset. I think we all know that the new thread had the potential to get heated as well. Its obvious Larry is upset from the wording of the thread, and given that its referencing a thread that's already been dumped for the same reason, it makes pretty good sense to me.

I can see why larry would be upset. I really wasn't trying to get him worked
up in the original thread, I was hoping he'd just let it roll of his back. But given our history I probably should have thought better of that, and further reading his explanation I can understand where he's coming from.

No hard feelings about it, I hope. Feel free to PM me if you want C.L.

K

I got the impression Crazy was going to leave the board. Hope that's not the case. I think we all enjoy his unique take on things.

Yeah, crazy is one of the members that a lotta times just makes my day or cracks me up. It would suck if he left

I think that the moderator would have left it alone, if there wern't so many nasty words in there.............just because of that, it had to be dumped.
