I'd try to spend as little as possible to get that engine running. Maybe you can get away with just replacing/lapping in a new valve, and a basic ring/bearing job. I'm not sure about Mopar intakes interchanging between 90's and 70's engines...I'm sure a bunch of guys here would know though. I'm pretty sure the mounts will have to be moved or fabricated.
