mopar A body disc brake upgrade

I've read somewhere awhile back about upgrading to larger brake rotors from other mopar by swapping the caliper mounting brackets only. Any help would be appreciated. I have a 74 dart with stock front disc brake.

Too many ways to go about this to mention! LOL- one of the hottest is the 12" (Cordoba 11.75 rotors) and Willwood, or even better, Viper Calipers. Adapters from ARE engineering.

I will be doing this on my 69 Coronet.
