The factory installed this trans behind RB motors like yours, so yeah, the only thing you should have to do is drill the crank for a pilot bushing if it's not already drilled. Everything else should just bolt up. Personally, I'm a fan of bushings, not bearings. A bushing will still work when it's worn out. If a bearing goes bad, you have do get your tools out.
