mopar disc brakes

I have a 1955 Plymouth Plaza with factory 4 wheel drums. I was wondering if anyone out there knows if there is any newer model mopars which the front disc brake setup will work on this model. It has an a arm coil spring front end.I didnt know if I could find a setup and have the ball joint holes welded up and machined out to fit the Plaza ball joint studs. Any help would be great. Thanks
