Anyone out there made/used motor mounts for a big block Chrysler into a 46-48 Ply/Dodge? Did you use the early or late model engine mounts?

If you still have or can get the K member from the original car why not measure the frame and cut the K member to fit then weld it to the frame. If I were doing this first connect the K member to the engine and lower the engine into the car position my tranny on the mount to locate it in the right spot then lower the engine the rest of the way in and weld the K member to the frame

BB Mopar motor mounts
The later 73,74-to 78 spool type mounts are a better design. Easier to adapt to a streetrod also. 73-78 B-Body and 74-78 C-Body. Energy Suspension makes poly inserts for these mounts I believe.
