since no responses to, how bout info re inst of camaro/firebird 6 speed behind ls6. am told there is a distance diff between flywheel of 1 pc seal motor (ls1) and old style 454 (ls6). does anyone know if bellhousing is made to adapt ? would like to keep as much stock equipment as possible.

also considering changeout to ls1 & 6 spd complete package, (cost about same as fuel injection conversion to the big block)

any help please.
