more 95 gmc jimmy woes

need some advice for my 95 gmc jimmy. the new problem is something with the heater/ac blower I think. when your running down the road, everything works great, when you pull into the driveway, and shut it down, and pull out the key, the blower still runs, unless you turn the dial to "off" otherwise, it will blow with the key out of the vehicle. Could this be my relay?

another problem: engine cold= starts right up
engine hot= hard to start, have to crank it over, shut off the key, roll it over again, shut off key, roll it over again, and so on, until it finally fires, usually on the third or 4th try. Any ideas? fuel pump?

Thanks in advance for any help

Jim

It could possibly be a relay, however the relay should not be getting any power with the key off. Sounds more like an acc relay or whatever else that supplies power to the hvac relay.

we have relay testers at work (I think its from Bosch), however its easier to just replace it.

Doc here,

Are you talking about the blower motor relay or the Engine fan relay? The fan will remain on on some after the key is shut off..The blower should not..

If it's the blower, you have a welded contact or miswire..

On the start up situation, If fuel is up to par.. have the codes checked..sounds like a sensor is failing .
