If it helps any..I used to only run holley or demon carbs, got into a money tight sometime last year and had to replace my holley 650 double pumper mech. secondary with a cheap off the shelf eldrbrock 600 (1405) and i love the carb! Matter of fact replaced another trucks carb w/an eldr also (1406) and havent had a problem yet!!
