More Chevy Truck Operator's Manuals ONLINE!
Hi All,
I have added a few more Chevy Truck Operator's Manuals to the Old Online Chevy Manuals site. One of the newest additions is the 1956 CHEVROLET TRUCK OPERATOR'S MANUAL originally scanned by Ed Foley. The truck operator's manuals online now are: 1942, 1948, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955 second series, 1956 & 1957. I have a 59 chevy truck manual but I don't have the computer skills to scan it and send it to you.If you want it send me a private message with an address and I will mail you the book to keep and scan yourself.

1959 Truck Operator's Manual
Hi All,
The 1959 Truck Operator's Manual is now online thanks to Doubledick for sending it my way. This is part of the Old Online Chevy Manuals Hey Don, One of the members of this forum, "Grouch" did some really good research on the copyrights issue. He placed the "Oldsmobile 1949 Shop Manual 6 and 8" online and on the main page is a listing of links dealing with copyright rules. These pretty much corresponds to info I checked into several years ago. Most anything before 1963 is open game. As for your GMC Manual, if the copyright was not renewed, then it is "in the public domain. All the manuals I post are 1960 or before thus staying away from any possible infringements. Also, after 1960, the technology in our vehicles was advancing meaning there was a lot more data which would take several lifetimes to scan, format and upload online. Cheers!
