more paint questions

i need a little help someone was kind enough to hit my brothers new s-10, and and the insurance co. after his $500.00 dollar deductible gave him $400.00 dollars. so im going to fix it there is a crease in the door and bed i know i can do the body work, but the paint i don't know how to blend the clear or do i have to re clear the whole panel, the truck is white if that matters.thanks

The idea is to clear complete panels or to body/crown lines so the clearcoat edge doesn't wear back and really show.
