More time to spend on hot rod...

I went to work this morning long enough to be told I was laidoff.

I guess now I have time to get the old flathead prepped for the '34's chassis.

Anyone in SW OH need a CADD Designer?

Lee

Sorry to hear that. Keep your chin up, maybe you'll strike silver with another company. In the meantime you can get caught up on the "honey do" list.

Since it sounds like you have CAD experience, you should be able to get a job fairly easily. Here in Columbus, the jobs section in the paper is chock full of CAD drawing engineering positions. Good luck on the search, and make sure to get real work done with the time you have!

Sadly, most of my CAD experience is in the civil side of things. That market around here is very tight and cut-throat. I've gone back to school for a CIS degree, maybe I can land an entry-level job there until I can get certified in something computer related. We'll see. I'm a pretty optimistic person. I've already got three good leads including a position at a local factory for one of the Big 3.
