Most Value?

I was just wondering if anyone knows What year in the Second Generation of The Camaro Z28 Would have the most value restored to original condition? I'm Leaning towards a ' 79, It's hard to find one that's a quality project, or not already finished so I thought maybe that would be the year to shoot for as far as " Hidden" value... Not sure if I'm right, hope someone can give me some advice.

re: Most Value?

I'm with Poncho 1000%, had a work mate that had an all orig. 70 1/2 Z-28, dark blue, split front bumper .....and a REAL LT-1 with a whiny m-22 "rock crusher". If I remember I think they were rated at 360 hp.....nice car!

re: Most Value?

Anyone know what an unrestored 70 1/2 would go for? I'm trying to keep on a budget as far as buying the car itself, then just slowly get it all together for the rebuild. Thanks for the input so far... Glad I Found this site

re: Most Value?

Make a Z/28 clone if you can't find an original Z/28 for a price you can afford.. prices of the 2nd gen will never reflect the same prices as a 1st gen Z/28
