Motor mount Not to Do:

my bud said put washers behind the motor mount to raise it up. i went to extremes and put 4 behind each bolt. it didn't raise it up as much as it spread out the hole centers. now they wont line up and i have to take off the mounts again and try maybe two washers. yea

Just curious bull but why did you need to raise up your motor? Are you trying to use some exotic headers and they don't clear or what?
