Post motor mounts

I am taking a 360 motor and tranny out of a 75 dodge van and putting them in my 1948 dodge bread truck. I would like to know the easiest way to put in motor mounts for this combo. Does anybody sell a kit. I would like to stay away from fabricating the whole thing considering my lack of experience. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
