Motor mounts broken rubber again

I replaced the motor mounts less than a 1000 miles ago, and today I found out that they are broken again.
Why could that be?

Engine is a 250 HP street motor in a K5 blazer, 99% of the time on road.

Looking at summit I saw that the motor mount kit contains 3 mounts.
Where does the 3rd one goes?

moroso bkt

The last couple Chevy powered rod builds I used the Moroso engine brackets they use for a solid thru bolt and modified them to use the Welder series design where the frame bracket has the tube with the rubber or poly bushings. Pieces are available from speedway as well. The rubber or poly is inside the tube so if it wears. splits etc the engine is still in place and can"t move much.

the welder series has the tube and bushing on the engine piece. I make them on the frame piece to use the Moroso bracket.
