where can i get the frame mounts for a sbc i want to put one in my ventura for the time beaing while i build up the 455?? and thoughts should be the same as a nove 6 to 8 swap i would think thanks alot dave

if you mean just basic engine mounts, any auto parts store will carry what you need, just get mounts for a V8 Nova of the same year model and your set.

Chevy Nova Oldsmobile Omega Pontiac Ventura Buick Apollo
Note each letter from each cars name spell`s Nova.

If you don't already have the SBC, get a Pontiac 350. It has the same dimensions as the 455, so the front end won't sit way up like it would with a Chevy motor, plus it might be cheaper than a Chevy. And you won't have to chase around for Chevy accessory brackets, transmissions, etc.
