Is there a way to convert a 1967 camaro steering so that the tierods etc. are in front of the crossmember and install a rack ??????

Thanks for the leads what I need is to relocate my steering parts to a forward position. In front of the cross member rather than behind. The consensus is that swapping the tie-rod arms on the spindle and installing a rack will do it. BUT the arms need to be fabricated unless someone makes them
