Msd 6al

Has anyone experienced a problem with the MSD box what happens is the vehicle runs fine while normal driving but as soon as you turn on the headlights I get extremely bright lights and then all of a sudden they go dim and the MSD box is fried I have a new alternator that I had tested and it puts out close to 80 amps a new battery and a fairly new voltage regulator in place when I place a meter on the battery with the ignitioin running the battery shows 15.2 volts I dont know what else to do?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated I also have the MSD box on a toggle switch but it is connected the hot side of the fuse block.
