I have a mud truck has a 4.3 vortec with a turbo 350 I don't know much about trannys but I was told its a turbo 350 I don't know what year or anything about it and I don't know how to tell differnces between trannys but its a 3spd and it has problems shifting I put it in drive and it starts in 1st and wount go up I have to drop the shifter down to first then bump it up and some times it wount go into drive I possibly could have too much fluid in it my dip stick is screw up and also my buddy that helped put it in can't remember if we filled the torqe convertor all the way up could either reason be why or is it somthing else olease help

Turbo 350 has a pan that looks like it should be square but one corner is missing. Also, is your vacuum line hooked up to the modulator? Should be facing towards back of truck. Could be low on tranny fluid as well
