have 69 camaro with munci 4 speed

having a grinding noise when shifting from 2cd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th.it shifts fine but just the grinding concerns me.

any answers

sounds like maybe worn sychros in there..maybe its rebuild time..??? if you can pull the cover and look..
