Post Muncie 4 speed

I found a muncie at a swap meet. From the numbers on the cases it appears to be a '69 or '70. The reverse shaft the comes out of the case is a larger diameter than the reverse shift levers that I have been able to find. I am assuming that they beefed up the reverse shaft on the later muncies. Is this thinking correct? Where would I find a correct lever for this unit. I am putting it in to a '65 Impala.
