Muncie 4 Speed Transmission

I have a mucie transmission and I'm trying to determine if its a M21 or M22 and possibly what it came out of, here are the numbers off the tranny. Shifter plate #3884685 Trans Housing #3885010 Tail Shaft Housing #3857584 Pat#3088336 I cannot find a date code.

Also I have another muncie tranny and I have the date code on it can anyone tell me how to read the date code? POC13A

thanks

munsie

i got a problem with my 4spd too also< when i shift into reverse to hard, and i try to puy it in gear it locks up, meaning i cant get it into any other gear. i have this tranny in my 86k-5 blzr. but what is funny is that i have to take the boot off and lift the shifter out of the carrier and kinda like reset it, its not hard just kinda annoying. it only happens every once in a while.
