Are all Muncie 4 speed transmission cases made of aluminum or are there any of iron ?

Muncies (non Truck) are all aluminum.

If you find a GM 4 speed from the 60s with an iron case & tailhousing it's a saginaw, iron case/alloy tailhousing it's a BW t10 (super t10s were all alloy too but clearly marked Borg warner and had 9 side plate bolts instead of 7 on Muncies).
