Lets say instead of getting a whole new motor, I rebuild an old one. Chances are its gonna be a chevy 350 from the 1969-1980 era. It's a big gap I know, but I'm not looking for any certain model. I've been looking at some 1980-1984 El caminos, and some 70s, early eighties corvettes. There cheap because the engines never came with alot of horses as we all know. I'm gonna need some stuff for it, i dont know where to start. I want it to meet the specifications that i desire (great performance, driveability). Please give me all the suggestions you can, starting from part to part and how it helped the total performance of your car. Thanks a million.
