Love SRV and can easily enjoy some Skynyrd or ZZ Top if it's playing on the radio. Everything except sweet home alabama. KFC commercials ruined that song for me, I can't stand listening to it.
I heard country mentioned a couple times. Love Merle Haggard, David Allen Coe, John Anderson, and Hank Jr. Stuff I grew up on from my dad. If anyone else is a David Allen Coe fan, I suggest checking out Rebel Meets Rebel. It's David Allen Coe backed by Darrell and Vince Abbott of Pantera. Quite a mix of sounds, even if just for the novelty of it.
