I listen to anything basically. Meatloaf, Some blues like Johnny Lang and Jonah Smith. Country as 'new' as the early 2000's. Also on the list Black Sabbath, Bad Company, ZZ Top, Little River Band, Gordon Lightfoot, Judas Priest, Led Zepplin, Metallica, Ozzy and Peter Frampton. If I want to listen to something harder, Rob/White zombie/ Scum Of the Earth or Ramstein is what I listen to

Good thread, i will do my best not to trash it, this could be the happiest lounge lizzrd thread going
![]() Audio is more my concern more so than the music itself at times. I just got a new/old 1965 garrard turn table from an estate sale. Have a few other tube amp systems and some classic solid state amps. What ever your doing do it on vinyl! I can get to a head shop, now LP's in good shape are upwards of 20 bucks. Rare ones may fetch much more if they are mint. Picked up an original street survivors LP, with the band in flames, it was pulled after the crash,,,tragic, if there is a rock n roll heaven>>>hey guys...here is one of my favorite ever |

I buy albums at the thrift shop. Some of them have worn covers, but the disc itself is usually perfect. They are $1 each there. Have to sort thru several Firestone Christmas albums and such, but I always come out with something. If there is something specific I want in an LP, I just get it off Ebay.

I have a few from ebay as well, usually cheaper than the store here for the LP for sure but by the time I pay the ship and duty etc. Better to go over and smell the insense at the head shop while I sort through the selections. Man I think it is the same jasmine crap from when the albums came out in 67, dont hippy's ever change their scent?
![]() Matt If you can get minty LP's for a buck grab em no matter what the artist. Also I remember the old plastic milk jug containers now they are also hard to come by. They switched the size of the carton in around 75 made em smaller. Too many folks borrowing the crates for there LP's. |

Ahh, you betcha, P.J., I've been a fan of the "Real Outlaws" from the beginning - Willie, Waylon, David Allan and Bocephus - - - Coe is the "original Country Music Freak" but still quite a talent in his own right
and, "if that ain't country bleep bleep bleep bleep" |
