Mustang 11 front end
I just installed a new Southern Rods Mustang 11 front-end in a 1941 Chevy. I have 700 ibs springs and adjustible coil overs. The problem that I am having is the upper and lower A arms are pointing up and about 2-3 inches from being level. I installed 2" drop spindles but now the car sits too low. Any suggetion on why the A arms are pointing up and not level?

Me thinks 700lbs. is a little weak for a 41 Chevy. How did u arrive at that # ?
The bottom of the lower a-arm should be even with the bottom of the xmember. Dropped spindles will have no affect on this.
How much does the car weigh? Divide by 4. That should be the spring lbs.

Is your motor and sheetmetal all installed?

Good advice from Bob
CapeCodBob told you some good things. I set mine up so that the lower control arms are parallel to the ground or close to it. The greater the spring rate, the more the angles change. You can buy spring spacers and long shock bumpers from Speedway Motors and correct some of the ride height. How is the jounce and bound?
