Mustang 2 front end

I have aMustang 2 front end in my 1947 GMC truck are coil overs the best choice for suspension?

we need more info to give you a good answer

what style arms do you have (stock or aftermarket)?
what are you going to do with the truck (what kind of driving)?
what drive train is in it (how heavy is the front)?

Front supension Mustang11 front end in 47 GMC

Hi there
The arms are tubular aftermarket, I am running a 350 SBC with a turbo 350 trans. Four link in the rear on a Ford 9 inch posi
It will be a driving show truck only on Sunny days.
The weight of the truck is 4100 # 60% of that for the front would be 2460#

if its just a sunny day cruiser/ show truck
I would recommend air bags or shockwave shocks
how big are budget concerns?
