Mustang II brake lines
I have an original, not newly fabricated, Mustang II front end on my '31 coupe. I need replace the flexible brake lines to each wheel. Can anyone tell me what kind/size fittings are on the ends of these hoses (ie,3-AN etc.)? I'd also appreciate any recommendation on where to get stainleses braided hoses as replacements. Thanks.

You did not say what calipers you have, but they probably have 1/8" NPT taps. You use a 1/8" to 3AN fitting to adapt a flexible hose. You can get the hoses from Pure Choice Performance.

Thanks. I am not sure what calipers I have, but suspect they are the originals.

Another excellent source for all brake line components:

Thanks to alll. I went to the Fall Carlisle show today(gret, great show if you haven't been) and found out the end fitting the caliper is a 7/16" x 24 NPT. Just in case you need to know.
