Mustang II rack question

A couple of questions for the experts out there. I just put a new power rack in my 34 ford and was wondering what I should torque down the two mounting bolts to?, don't want to over torque. Also has anyone had problems with the fluid line to the power fitting leaking, the fitting has a small washer with a rubber O ring in it , but the washer is too big to fit down into the recess on the rack unit, so it isn't compressing properly and there is a small leak.
Thanks.

Whose rack is it? When I installed mine I just pulled it up snug and tightened it up a little more.

Hi Vince,
It's a TCI rack, not sure what it's out of as these are reconditioned units,
Thanks,
Denny.

The smaller (high pressure) fitting should have a nylon or copper crush washer type seal, the larger (return) has only an O-ring...
