Mustang II rear steer rack???

Flaming River have a Mustang II rear steer rack.

I have heard the rack is made for working together with reversed stock M II spindles.

How is that possible without messing up the steering geometry? Or have I got it wrong?

Actually it's an Omni rack that's designed to use the Mustang II outer tie rod ends.

I'm with you however, seems like it would screw up the Ackerman if nothing else, and God knows what it would do for bump steer.

I mailed this question to tech help at Flaming River too.

Their answer didn't exactly impress me. They are good at steering columns and such. But suspension geometry did not seem to be among their great interests.

'Guess I'll stick to my Mustang II kit as it is for now.
