Mustang Tranmissions

Which way to go, I am going to swap out my C4 for a manual - problem being there are too many options?

Car is a 67 Mustang with a 351W, Hyd Roller, RPM Heads, Performer Intake.
Rear is a 9" with a 4:56 spool - running Hi 11s low 12s

Putting the car back on the street, and I just like to stir my own soup - just wonder what others have found works. Intend to still thrash the car on the track from time to time, but mostly do local cruises and rumble around the hood - no highway stuff.

Whats working best, Richmond, Tremec T5 or sticking with the toploader. Recognizing the first two will require lossing the 4:56.

Big question - what clutch systems are best - I would like to avoid the old mechanical z bars etc - sounds like the JMC hydraulic is a good idea? Does it work with any of the three transmissions above?

Thanks Gydyup!
