Hey Madd! Is it pitted badly, or is it just a lotta surface rust? I had the same problem with my wheels.. they were pretty bad. I would sand the worst area first and see whats going on underneath it. Pay carefull attention to the bead area as well, as a wheel thats been stored for a while with no tire installed... can get really rusty there.

All the Chrysler products except Imperials use wheels with the 5 bolt on 4 1/2 inch circle. Some wheels will not work because the hole in the center of the wheel may be too small. The later Ford cars (49-up) will fit as well as the later MoPar wheels.

Hey Madd Syntst,
Did I see your woody in Pigeon Forge last year? I took some pics of a primered one that looked just like it. Surfs Up on the tags. I've been wanting to copy the wood technique since I saw it. |
