my second one . here are a few pics. its has a 302 out of a f350 truck. c 4 trans and a 66 mustang rear. i have a early banjo i can put in later. the trim for the top lid i made from a piece i found on line using smooth on products for the mold and resin .the body is fiberglass i made using 3/4 oz mat the body will will finished in gold leaf sheets
yeah it looks like the engine sets high but it not.just theres no drive shift. the headers are mustang units, and fit on in reverse as the frame is on 26" wide not as wide as a standard car frame. from the bottom of the frame to the top of the holley carbs its 26" tall so just as the tv car the carbs and air scoops will stick of the hole in the body. the c4 auto is longer then the 3 speed trans so this car is 11 ft long instead of 10ft as the tv car.i have a bubble top coming .
yes its a tight fit so i am using a hand break rear breaks only its for show and yes probably a trailer queen. the seat is an old fiberglass style . the interior will be purple satin
