My engine Build

Hey guys,

I just finished installing a new 355 in my 84 T/A and I wanted to get your opinions on my build and how you think it'll work once I get it started. The desktop dyno at the enigine shop showed a peak of 315hp and 415lb-ft of torque at 5200rpm or thereabouts.

The car itself is an 84 Pontiac Trans am with a built 700R4 and 3.73 rear gears.

The block is a 1996 4-bolt main from a Silverado bored .040 to clean up the mess of the previous owner running it out of oil. It's been hot-tanked, magnafluxed, alignhoned and decked (can't remember what he decked it too and can't find my spec sheet at the moment).

--Scat cast Crank and Forged I-beam rods
--Pistons are 9.2:1 dished Hypereutectic (sorry, forgot the brand)
--Lunati Voodoo 60121 Cam w. .515 Intake and .530 exhaust. Advertised Duration of 270/278, Duration at .050 lift of 219/227.
--Comp Cams Pro Magnum 1.52 Roller Rockers
--Edelbrock Performer Intake
--World Sportsman II heads, 200cc runner volume with 66cc chambers, 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhaust ports.
--Rochester Q-jet 4bbl carb from Jet Performance Products
--Moroso 6qt Oil pan with high volume pump
--Jet-hot coated Hooker 2055 shorty headers and custom dual 2.5" exhaust running to Hooker Aerochamber mufflers.

If there is anything else you want to know about it please let me know but them's the nuts and bolts of the build. The engine is finally in the car and I'm hoping to finish plugging it all together this week and have it running by next weekend. Any and all comments welcome! Thanks!
