I mean, this thread has been going on for a good while now- 10 pages and counting!

But in any event if this shows your ability to handle anything that doesn't go exactly your way, you might be better off not trying to build a race car in the first place. Because I guarantee you- as far as aggravations go, you ain't seen NOTHING yet!!!
Yes its true many have helped. Its just unfourtunate that a few people can ruin the tone of the whole thread by dissmissing it as a waste of time speaking in theory because there isnt a pictire of a car or motor...YET.

If a persons over something then they should stop typing or obviously they arent over it. Its a losing battle to try and keep a thread on track once immaturity has taken over unfourtunatly. Ive learned this over the years using many many forums. When behind the safety of a computer screen some say what they wish they could say in real lufe that ends with a knuckle sandwich. So ill say thanks to the ones who did help and step out.

It has nothing to do with my commotment or drive to complete my project. More so im cutting out to maintain my focus and not get caught up in the good ole internet BS.

Im sure ill post new threads in the future. Perhaps with more specific topics to keep it simple.

If ya wanted to keep it simple... Get yourself the S10 put a good diff in it.
Install your warmed up SBC leaving the juice off for now and just go have fun.

We did a s10 for my buddy with a pretty tame motor and he'd run 13.50's all day long and he had a blast.

The motor was actually a pretty good fit.
