I would like to add power steering to my 58 Fairlane, Years ago i changed my 78 F-100 from manual to power steering and it was pretty straight forward, add pullys change box shorten steering collum change pitnam arm and that was it....I now have a doner 72 ford pu with power st. and a doner 88 Lincoln mark7 lsc. The easiest and simplest way is to find the origion BENDIX P/S setup for the car.

If you are wanting to modernize, the WURTH-IT rack kit seems to be the way to go.
