my first hot rod

i have a rather bizare thought for a hot rod. i plan to put a v8 engine in a 94 toyota tercel. i'm probably gonna need a full frame to support the increased power. i don't really know where to start with this project. i haven't worked on a hot rod before.

any thoughts on how i might acomplish this project would be much apreciated.

Start by reading rodding magazines, going to shows and picking the brains of guys who have done things you want to do, taking welding and mechanics classes at your local JC. On this board, contact HemmiGremmie. He has put a V8 in a Gremlin which sounds like a similar problem set.
