Post My flooded garage update

As some of you know my garage was flooded last weekend. My 57 Chevy and my Conversion van were both flooded. My insurance co. supplied me a rental car and just gave me two checks yesterday for the damage. The van they totaled, I kinda knew they would, The 57 wasn't as bad because it was inside the garage and not as much mud got in there. They gave enough to buy another van plus have some left over. they gave me a second check for $930 to get my 57 cleaned up. I'm gonna buy new carpet, clean the seat's myself, And I have a stroker motor I just got out of the machine shop that I think I'll put in it. I need to buy some more stuff for it so I think I'll use some of that money to get some heads and intake and stuff. Nationwide was on my side.

Make sure you kep all the paper work on the 57. $930 dosn't sound like alot of money. If you go over that amount. that the paper work back to the insurance company. they might cut you another check.
