my gas additive that works

a while ago our truck started to act funny when it was cold and started getting low mpg compared to the before ethanol crap. for every gallon of fuel we dumped in the tank we added 1 oz of marvel mystery oil or atf into the gastank... did this for 1 tank full and went back down to 1/2 oz for every gallon and the truck runs like she use to. i run it in all the fuel of everything we own and it never seems to let me down.

my buddys jimmy was getting 9 mpg out of his little 6 cyl and when we added atf to his tank after filling it up it jumped from 9 to 12.5 in the first tank, then did it one more time after that and he went from 12.5 to 14.... hes topped out at 15 after 2 tanks with the 1/2 oz to a gallon.

just thought id share this with you all. hopefully itl help someone with injector issues

follow the bottle of MMO and itl work, i just become impatient with results =P hehe

Mythbusters said that using moth balls in a 5 gallon gas can with gas made more power in an engine during a test on a show. They didn't suggest anyone to do it in a vehicle though. But, for small engines (lawn mowers and ATV's) said it made a difference. If I had a spare 350, I'd try it out myself.............

My mechanic suggests half a bottle of ATF in a full gas tank every now and then to lubricate the injectors. This is for a '91 L98 Corvette and it does smooth out the idle/engine a bit when I do it.
