Not with a center of gravity that low.
I do however see something that I want to build in the near future
I am assuming that it is VW powered? I haven't looked at the link yet though.

Yes it is actually a Porsche 914 motor which is basically a type 4 VW. The motor is a 2366 c-c that should put the truck into the 12's in the quarter. I'm also using the 914 trans axle which is already set up mid engine. We are shooting for a 50-50 weight distribution and with the center of gravity as low as it is, it should handle like a sports car. It will have a nostalgic look to it from the outside but it will be all business every where else. It will be finished with bright red paint with flames and full interior. No rat rod here. I'm hoping to have it finished for the 2007 power tour.
