Hey, I am curious, did you have to get your driveline shortened to fit the S-10 Chassis? Or is there a direct fit somewhere?
Awesome truck by the way! Scr8pin

I think the Camaro rear is about 6" wider. 61" vs 56" ....I think those are the measurements. |

Me too I think it matches the front fenders better. I may go this route if i can ever find a cab/frontclip that some one will part with,I know where there is a ford bed of that era at also. Drop em on an s-10 frame find some Chevrolet tailgate script drop in a 4.8 or 5.3 ls engine and a 5 or 6 speed
possibly add the center recess of a dakota hood to the chevy's Shane |

I don't like the way it looks at all! I prefer the stock rear fenders. On my 53 AD I put a 80's stepside bed on it to get the taller bed with flat tops, but I used the stock 53 fenders. I had to fill in the tire cut-out though in the left side.

A stock AD is a beautiful truck as is. It takes an artful eye to make it better. If I was going to tweak the bed profile, I would probably start with chevy based parts. |
