you got a very good deal...

run some thinner through it and see how it sprays...
Start by opening the fluid knob 2 1/2 turns and then turn the fan control knob until a uniform shape hits the panel or test panel while fully pulling the trigger...

Did you get it to spray?

That is a good gun for primer as well as paint and clear..

A primer gun used to be the gun that just sat with primer in it all the time when laqure primer was abundant. The idea was if you keep primer in the gun you didn't have to clean it.. it was always ready to primer something. Along came the use of epoxy primers and now you have to clean it every time, so ,, if you have to clean everytime ,,, .. might as well use the "good" gun... So the good gun becomes the primer gun and now everthing get's sprayed through the good gun.. The up side to useing one good gun is you learn how the gun sprays before you put paint in it during the priming ...

heres a thread might help , i need a good paint gun

I wont to know if i can get parts for it because my buddy lost the wrench and the cleaning kit that he got with it and i wont to get the biger tips so i can use my gun for the hi build .
