Post my tran is vibrating when it changes gears !!

My tranny is vibrating when i change gears after 1st, except when i have teh excelerator down, i just put in an engine and i am having problems with the tranny... the reason i put the engine in there is because it is a 1974 camaro that came with a 250 straight six (which i am now selling)
and i put a 305 HO in there. the flywheel had broken off....
