My user name is hankason
I started fooling with cars in the late forties.
I had the head milled on a 1941 dodge coupe, with fluid drive. I was going to use it as a field car because I was too young to drive on road. The thing looked so good and ran well after I installed the head and a set of points Dad sold it and found me a junker for a field car. Oh! well. I guess getting the head milled at B&M speedshop (long ago closed) near Rochester NY set me on the road to hot-roding. |
Welcome Hank!!
What you buildin' now? You got any pics!! |
HI Rwenuts
I will try to post a JPG of my '48 Plymouth I guess I am hookrd on P15,s.
This one has a 350 gen-1 Chevy small block, my son & I just finished installing a step 1 trans depot 200R-4. I found this one in Illinois in driveable shape with the smallblock and TH350; so old Mr. Mopar is being pulled around by a Chevy engine. Sorry I am too new to post a JPG I will as soon as I learn. Yup! It's got a 302 and c4. My 'Bucket of Bolts' project.
Here's a better pic. And I'm not just an old Ford geezer. Here's a pic of 2 of my former trucks. Both sold a couple years ago. Red 67 GMC and old green 65 C10. |
