mystery cam

i just pulled my cam out of my 350sbc and i cant find and casting numbers?!?!?! the only numbers and letters on it are...

first one is at the back of the cam 471
second is next to the dist gear. RPW1 AGS

what are the spec of this cam if any of you can even find them. thanks for the help
